【摘要】 目的 探討脫細(xì)胞真皮基質(zhì)材料應(yīng)用于整形美容領(lǐng)域的可能性。 方法 2008年11月-2009年8月，對脫細(xì)胞真皮基質(zhì)進(jìn)行溶血試驗(yàn)、皮下埋植和肌肉埋植試驗(yàn)，分別于術(shù)后1、2、4周取樣并評價(jià)其與血液接觸反應(yīng)，以及在體內(nèi)的降解情況，同時(shí)與對照材料相比較，對脫細(xì)胞真皮基質(zhì)的安全性和使用功能性進(jìn)行初步的研究。 結(jié)果 脫細(xì)胞真皮基質(zhì)具有良好的血液相容性和組織相容性，不引起機(jī)體的排斥反應(yīng);不同厚度的真皮基質(zhì)具有不同的降解率，可根據(jù)使用需要進(jìn)行疊加。 結(jié)論 脫細(xì)胞真皮基質(zhì)可作為生物組織補(bǔ)片，具有應(yīng)用于整形美容領(lǐng)域和組織修復(fù)的潛力。【Abstract】 Objective To study the potential application of xenograft acellular dermal sheets in plastic surgery field. Methods The xenograft acellular dermal sheets were estimated by hemolytic test, subcutaneous and muscular embedding animal tests.The safety and functionality as filling materials were preliminary evaluated after embedded for 1, 2 and 4 weeks, compared with the control samples. Results The xenograft acellular dermal sheets had excellent blood and tissue compatibility, without any immunoreaction;the materials with different thicknesses had different degradation rates which could be utilized by stacking if necessary in application. Conclusion The xenograft acellular dermal sheets can be applied as tissue patch, and are potential to be employed in the fields of plastic and tissue rehabilitation.
