【摘要】目的 探討生長(zhǎng)激素(GH)對(duì)結(jié)腸癌細(xì)胞的作用,為其臨床應(yīng)用的安全性研究提供實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。
方法 建立人結(jié)腸癌細(xì)胞株SW480裸鼠移植瘤模型,觀察GH對(duì)移植瘤的作用; 5-FU和GH聯(lián)合干預(yù)體外培養(yǎng)SW480細(xì)胞株,通過(guò)MTT法觀察細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)變化。
結(jié)果 GH組移植瘤的體積、平均直徑及重量均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05); 通過(guò)MTT法觀察到GH組A值顯著高于對(duì)照組(P<0.01),而5-FU與GH聯(lián)合干預(yù)組則明顯低于對(duì)照組(P<0.01)。
結(jié)論 GH對(duì)結(jié)腸癌細(xì)胞具有顯著的促生長(zhǎng)作用; GH與細(xì)胞周期特異性化療藥物的聯(lián)合應(yīng)用具有一定安全性,并有可能成為化療增敏劑。
