【摘要】目的 了解肝癌患者行肝移植或肝切除兩種手術(shù)治療后腫瘤復(fù)發(fā)的不同特點(diǎn)。方法 復(fù)習(xí)國內(nèi)、外文獻(xiàn),比較二者的特點(diǎn)。 結(jié)果 肝癌肝移植與肝癌肝切除術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)率、復(fù)發(fā)時(shí)間、常見部位、復(fù)發(fā)相關(guān)因素、機(jī)理等方面均有所不同。結(jié)論 根據(jù)肝癌肝移植或肝切除術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)的不同特點(diǎn),針對(duì)性地加強(qiáng)肝癌復(fù)發(fā)的預(yù)防,重視復(fù)發(fā)后的治療,以延長(zhǎng)術(shù)后生存,改善生活質(zhì)量。
