目的  觀察理氣通下合劑對急性胰腺炎患者腸屏障功能障礙的影響。
方法  按隨機數字表法將40例急性胰腺炎患者隨機分為理氣通下組（n＝20）和硫酸鎂組（n＝20）。記錄入院時、入院后24 h、48 h、72 h及第5天的APACHEⅡ評分和胃腸功能評分，測定入院時、入院后72 h和第5天的尿乳果糖/甘露醇（L/M）比值、血漿二胺氧化酶（DAO）活性、血漿內毒素水平、血清TNF-α和IL-6水平。
結果  2組重癥急性胰腺炎病例構成的差異無統(tǒng)計學意義（P＞0.05）。治療后第5天，2組APACHEⅡ評分、胃腸功能評分以及理氣通下組L/M比值、DAO、內毒素、TNF-α和IL-6水平較入院時均有所降低，硫酸鎂組上述指標升高； 2組APACHEⅡ評分差異無統(tǒng)計學意義（P＞0.05）； 治療后第5天，理氣通下組胃腸功能評分、L/M比值、DAO、內毒素、TNF-α和IL-6水平改善較硫酸鎂組明顯，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P＜0.05，P＜0.01）。
結論  理氣通下合劑能明顯改善急性胰腺炎患者的腸屏障功能。
