目的 　探討腹腔鏡遠端胃癌根治術(shù)的安全性及可行性。
方法 　回顧性分析我院2007年6月至2009年5月期間收治的18例進展期胃癌患者行腹腔鏡遠端胃癌根治術(shù)的臨床資料。
結(jié)果 　18例患者均成功進行腹腔鏡手術(shù)，無中轉(zhuǎn)開腹。手術(shù)時間平均為(291.33±19.61) min，術(shù)中出血量平均為(151.32±71.78) ml，清掃淋巴結(jié)平均為(14.57±3.11)枚。術(shù)后患者肛門排氣時間平均為(3.46±0.93) d，下床活動時間平均為(1.75±0.45) d，術(shù)后效果良好，無近期并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。術(shù)后所有患者均獲隨訪,隨訪時間1~24個月，中位隨訪時間11個月，患者目前均無腫瘤局部復(fù)發(fā)、Trocar種植和遠處轉(zhuǎn)移出現(xiàn)。
結(jié)論 　腹腔鏡遠端胃癌根治術(shù)在胃癌患者圍手術(shù)期體現(xiàn)出微創(chuàng)、恢復(fù)較快等優(yōu)點，可行性好。
