目的  總結(jié)CD90蛋白的研究進展。
方法  查閱近年來國內(nèi)外有關(guān)CD90蛋白研究的文獻并作綜述。
結(jié)果  CD90蛋白與細胞-細胞,以及細胞-細胞質(zhì)間的作用有關(guān);可促進神經(jīng)軸突生長和神經(jīng)再生,誘導胸腺細胞和間質(zhì)細胞凋亡,參與細胞黏附、外滲和轉(zhuǎn)移,調(diào)節(jié)纖維化;可作為癌癥干細胞的候選標志物。
結(jié)論  CD90蛋白在多種疾病的發(fā)生和發(fā)展過程中起重要作用,為腫瘤診治提供了新的分子治療靶點。
