目的  探討磁共振成像(MRI) 對乳腺浸潤性導管癌的臨床應用價值。
方法  回顧性分析了2012年1月至2012年6月期間在四川大學華西醫(yī)院放射科行MRI 檢查,且術(shù)后經(jīng)病理學檢查證實為乳腺浸潤性導管癌的75例患者的術(shù)前MRI檢查資料。
結(jié)果  形態(tài)學分型:團塊型54例,結(jié)節(jié)型21例,囊實混合型0例。腫塊形狀:圓形3例,卵圓形9例,不規(guī)則形63例。邊緣:不規(guī)則66例,規(guī)則9例;呈微小分葉狀56例。腫塊內(nèi)有鈣化者1例。有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移者18例。MRI的T1WI呈低信號(65例)或等信號(10例),T2WI呈低信號(3例)或以稍高信號為主的混雜信號(72例),增強后大部分呈均勻強化(64例),部分呈不均勻強化(11例)。
結(jié)論  通過分析乳腺浸潤性導管癌的MRI成像特征,可為臨床診斷乳腺浸潤性導管癌提供有力的影像學證據(jù)。
