目的 　總結(jié)并進(jìn)一步探討心臟死亡器官捐獻(xiàn)（DCD）獲取流程的初步經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
方法 　回顧性分析 2009年7月至 2012年1月期間廣州軍區(qū)總醫(yī)院28例DCD者的臨床資料、供體入選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及器官獲取流程。
結(jié)果 　28例DCD供體均成功實(shí)施了器官捐獻(xiàn)，其中MaastrichtⅢ類 3例（10.7%），MaastrichtⅣ類1例（3.6%），腦-心雙死亡捐獻(xiàn)（DBCD）供體24例（85.7%）。3例MaastrichtⅢ類供體實(shí)施了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)DCD器官獲取流程（簡(jiǎn)稱DCD流程），1例Maastricht Ⅳ類供體采用DBCD器官獲取流程（簡(jiǎn)稱DBCD流程）非體外膜肺氧合（ECMO）模式，24例DBCD采用了DBCD流程ECMO模式。供體器官熱缺血時(shí)間：DBCD為0min，MaastrichtⅣ類為18min，MaastrichtⅢ類平均25min （22～28min）。本組共獲取了28個(gè)肝臟、40個(gè)腎臟、2個(gè)心臟，分別成功用于肝移植、腎移植和心臟移植。
結(jié)論 　我國(guó)DCD器官獲取可分為DCD流程和DBCD流程，后者又分為ECMO模式和非ECMO模式。ECMO模式可避免器官熱缺血損傷且沒有倫理學(xué)爭(zhēng)議，對(duì)我國(guó)公民DCD器官有著十分重要的作用。
