目的  分析并總結(jié)肝竇內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞的表型標(biāo)志以及其在肝臟疾病發(fā)生、發(fā)展過(guò)程中的作用的研究進(jìn)展情況。
方法  以“肝竇內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞”、“肝再生”及“肝臟疾病”作為關(guān)鍵詞,利用PubMed、萬(wàn)方、CNKI等數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)檢索近年來(lái)關(guān)于肝竇內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞與肝臟疾病研究的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)并進(jìn)行綜述。
結(jié)果  肝竇內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞具有特殊的細(xì)胞結(jié)構(gòu)及表型標(biāo)志,在肝臟再生、肝臟免疫耐受、肝臟纖維化及肝臟損傷的過(guò)程中最先感受“損傷信息”,并且作為第一道屏障既起著保護(hù)肝臟的作用,同時(shí)也是肝臟損傷的最初改變,在肝臟疾病發(fā)生、發(fā)展的過(guò)程中起著重要的作用。
結(jié)論  肝竇內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞功能復(fù)雜,其在肝臟疾病病變過(guò)程中具體如何發(fā)揮作用及發(fā)揮作用的機(jī)制尚不明確,有待進(jìn)一步研究。
