【摘要】　目的　 了解規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)護(hù)士對(duì)經(jīng)外周靜脈置入中心靜脈導(dǎo)管（PICC）相關(guān)知識(shí)的認(rèn)知及掌握情況。　方法　 采取問卷調(diào)查方式，對(duì)2009年-2010年已在醫(yī)院腫瘤科輪轉(zhuǎn)工作過的57名規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)護(hù)士進(jìn)行PICC維護(hù)知識(shí)的不記名調(diào)查。　結(jié)果　 規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)護(hù)士對(duì)揭除穿刺處敷料的方向、穿刺處皮膚消毒面積、PICC導(dǎo)管是否可直接接觸無菌膠帶、脈沖式?jīng)_管及正壓式封管的方法等內(nèi)容，回答正確率均在90.9%以上；而對(duì)于PICC術(shù)后首次更換敷料的時(shí)間、注射器型號(hào)的選擇、導(dǎo)管相關(guān)性血流感染等內(nèi)容，回答正確率為69.09%。　結(jié)論　 為降低PICC相關(guān)并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率，保證PICC維護(hù)質(zhì)量安全，對(duì)規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)護(hù)士進(jìn)行具有針對(duì)性、持續(xù)性、全面性的PICC維護(hù)培訓(xùn)刻不容緩
