【摘要】乳腺癌在腫瘤發(fā)展早期就可遠處播散,乳腺癌術后復發(fā)和轉移是影響預后的主要因素, 在外周血中發(fā)現(xiàn)腫瘤細胞即是重要證據(jù), 因而提出了循環(huán)腫瘤細胞(circulating tumor cell, CTC)的概念。檢測乳腺癌CTC 有助于準確的判斷預后,并為及時評判和監(jiān)測治療效果提供依據(jù),有利于患者的個體化治療,具有重要的臨床意義。
