【摘要】 呼出氣一氧化氮(FeNO)作為一項(xiàng)無創(chuàng)、便捷的監(jiān)測技術(shù),能夠測定氣道炎癥,特別對于重癥哮喘不能行肺功能檢測的患者,具有較高的臨床可行性。其在支氣管哮喘的診斷、評價(jià)嚴(yán)重程度、控制水平、指導(dǎo)用藥和預(yù)測預(yù)后等方面有獨(dú)特的臨床價(jià)值,特別是FeNO在診斷支氣管哮喘有較高的敏感性和特異性己基本達(dá)成共識,但各個(gè)研究設(shè)定的閾值不盡相同,還需要進(jìn)一步研究;在評價(jià)哮喘的嚴(yán)重程度及控制水平方面價(jià)值是有限的;對指導(dǎo)用藥的價(jià)值是臨床爭論最多的領(lǐng)域;預(yù)測(哮喘發(fā)作)預(yù)后,F(xiàn)eNO升高對預(yù)測哮喘患者病情發(fā)展均有所幫助,可使患者得到早期預(yù)防、治療。但如何利用其更好的管理和監(jiān)測哮喘還有待進(jìn)一步探討。
