目的  評(píng)價(jià)增加飲水量對(duì)泌尿系結(jié)石及其復(fù)發(fā)的預(yù)防效果.
方法  確定資料檢索范圍(即Medline,Embase,Cochrane臨床對(duì)照試驗(yàn)資料庫(kù)及中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文摘數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù))并設(shè)計(jì)檢索策略,通過(guò)機(jī)檢和手檢獲取符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的文獻(xiàn),并且.由兩位研究者獨(dú)立評(píng)估試驗(yàn)質(zhì)量和提取數(shù)據(jù).
結(jié)果  共4個(gè)研究符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn),其中1篇為隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn),1篇為臨床對(duì)照試驗(yàn),2篇為前瞻性隊(duì)列研究.Meta-分析的結(jié)果表明,增加飲水量預(yù)防泌尿系結(jié)石的OR合并及95%可信區(qū)間分別為0.64和0.53-0.77,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;增加飲水量預(yù)防泌尿系結(jié)石復(fù)發(fā)的OR合并及95%可信區(qū)間分別為0.56和0.37-0.84,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;增加飲水量可以延長(zhǎng)泌尿系結(jié)石的復(fù)發(fā)間隔時(shí)間,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.016).
結(jié)論  增加飲水量可預(yù)防泌尿系結(jié)石及其復(fù)發(fā),并能延長(zhǎng)泌尿系結(jié)石的復(fù)發(fā)間隔時(shí)間.
