目前,新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療正在我國300多個縣(市)開展試點(diǎn)工作.然而,在農(nóng)村總體經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力不強(qiáng)又面臨市場經(jīng)濟(jì)沖擊的大形勢下,建立新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療制度將是一項(xiàng)十分艱難、復(fù)雜的工程.本文討論了新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療制度產(chǎn)生的歷史背景及如何增強(qiáng)農(nóng)民對新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療制度的信心問題.
