Gordon Henry Guyatt(1953年-)是加拿大McMaster大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)中心臨床流行病學(xué)和生物統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)系教授.從事循證臨床研究與實(shí)踐20余年.1992年以第一作者身份在JAMA雜志上撰文,首次提出"循證醫(yī)學(xué)"一詞,并長(zhǎng)期致力于床旁循證實(shí)踐及對(duì)臨床醫(yī)師的系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn).本文通過(guò)追尋他的學(xué)術(shù)研究經(jīng)歷來(lái)展示循證臨床實(shí)踐的發(fā)展歷程.
