我國農(nóng)村衛(wèi)技人員的數(shù)量、專業(yè)教育程度、業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足廣大農(nóng)村居民不斷發(fā)展的健康需求，需要針對農(nóng)村的實際情況，改進(jìn)醫(yī)學(xué)教育的結(jié)構(gòu)、層次、布局、專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和教育模式。
