“分配隱藏”很容易被誤解而被廣大臨床試驗實施者和論文作者所忽略，尤其是常將“分配隱藏”與盲法混淆。分配隱藏實質(zhì)是產(chǎn)生隨機序列者和決定分配序別者不能參與納入受試者，也不宜參與以后的試驗過程，尤其不能參與結(jié)果的測量。本文通過實例介紹了正確的分配隱藏和盲法實施過程。最后，還舉例介紹了論文寫作中方法學(xué)的描述。
