目的綜述阿侖膦酸鈉(alendronate,ALN)對骨關節(jié)炎(osteoarthritis,OA)關節(jié)軟骨保護作用的研究進展。 方法廣泛查閱近年國內(nèi)外相關文獻,并進行綜合分析。 結果ALN能改善OA關節(jié)軟骨代謝微環(huán)境,抑制軟骨下骨骨重塑,對關節(jié)軟骨有潛在保護作用。 結論ALN有望成為一種OA疾病改善藥物,但OA治療尚缺乏統(tǒng)一的基礎與臨床評價標準,制定統(tǒng)一標準并獲取臨床數(shù)據(jù)對ALN的開發(fā)和應用有指導性意義。
