目的 總結(jié)關(guān)節(jié)鏡下治療肩袖鈣化性肌腱炎的近期療效。 方法2007年7月－2011年6月，采用關(guān)節(jié)鏡下徹底清除鈣化灶治療20例肩袖鈣化性肌腱炎患者。男6例，女14例；年齡38～62歲，平均48.2歲。肩關(guān)節(jié)疼痛3～12個(gè)月，平均6.8個(gè)月；肩關(guān)節(jié)功能均嚴(yán)重受限。鈣化灶位于肩袖表面6例，岡上肌腱內(nèi)8例，岡上、岡下肌腱交界處4例，岡下肌腱內(nèi)2例。 結(jié)果術(shù)后患者切口均Ⅰ期愈合，無手術(shù)相關(guān)并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。患者均獲隨訪，隨訪時(shí)間6～24 個(gè)月，平均16個(gè)月。術(shù)后6個(gè)月復(fù)查X線片示鈣化灶均消失。術(shù)后患者運(yùn)動(dòng)或靜息時(shí)關(guān)節(jié)疼痛均較術(shù)前顯著改善，術(shù)后1、4周及6個(gè)月時(shí)關(guān)節(jié)疼痛評(píng)分、關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度評(píng)分以及關(guān)節(jié)功能評(píng)分與術(shù)前比較，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P lt; 0.05）。 結(jié)論關(guān)節(jié)鏡下治療肩袖鈣化性肌腱炎可徹底清除鈣化灶，恢復(fù)肩關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度，緩解關(guān)節(jié)疼痛，近期療效較好。
