多年以來，主動脈瓣和主動脈根部置換術(shù)被認(rèn)為是主動脈根部瘤的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)治療方法。隨著人們對主動脈 瓣置換術(shù)后并發(fā)癥危害性認(rèn)識的增加，和對主動脈瓣根部解剖及生理特點認(rèn)識的深入，保留主動脈瓣主動脈根部置換 技術(shù)有了較大發(fā)展。我們主要介紹主動脈瓣關(guān)閉不全的病因和分類、主動脈瓣保留技術(shù)及臨床結(jié)果。
