本實(shí)驗(yàn)應(yīng)用電子自旋共振(ESR)技術(shù)及自旋捕捉劑PBN直接測(cè)定肝硬變門脈高壓(PHT)大鼠胃粘膜在休克再灌注前后及應(yīng)用超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丹參(RSM)治療后氧自由基(OFR)的動(dòng)態(tài)變化,同時(shí)檢測(cè)胃粘膜中SOD活性,并觀察同期胃粘膜的光鏡、電鏡病理改變。結(jié)果:PHT胃粘膜在休克再灌注過程中有大量OFR產(chǎn)生,粘膜損傷的嚴(yán)重程度與OFR含量及SOD活性密切相關(guān);PHT胃粘膜更易受休克再灌注時(shí)OFR的損傷,早期應(yīng)用抗氧化劑SOD及RSM,可通過不同機(jī)理減輕胃粘膜再灌注損傷。
