為探討C-erb B-2基因變化在乳腺不典型增生癌變過程中的意義,檢測正常乳腺、乳腺囊性增生病不典型增生和乳腺癌細(xì)胞C-erb B-2基因產(chǎn)物表達(dá)。結(jié)果:正常乳腺上皮細(xì)胞和乳腺囊性增生病上皮細(xì)胞增生Ⅰ級者均無C-erb B-2癌基因蛋白表達(dá);不典型增生Ⅱ、Ⅲ級和乳腺癌組織中C-erb B-2癌基因蛋白染色陽性率分別為20.0%、40.0%和54.2%。提示該基因的異常改變可發(fā)生于正常細(xì)胞經(jīng)不典型增生向癌細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)化期中,可能是部分不典型增生細(xì)胞異常增生的原因或促進(jìn)因素,是乳腺上皮細(xì)胞向惡性轉(zhuǎn)化的標(biāo)志之一。
