為觀察內(nèi)毒素在急性出血壞死性胰腺炎(AHNP)病程中的作用，并探討重組人白細胞介素-2(IL-2)的治療作用，應用5%牛磺膽酸鈉經(jīng)胰膽管逆行注射制作大鼠AHNP模型，并用IL-2進行實驗性治療。結(jié)果： AHNP組內(nèi)毒素含量明顯增高，并伴隨血漿胰酶活性顯著增高，且隨病程的延長兩者呈進行性增高，胰腺組織學改變也呈進行性加重； IL-2治療組的血漿內(nèi)毒素水平及胰腺組織學改變卻有顯著改善，72小時病死率由66.7%降低至26.7%(Ｐ＜0.01)。提示內(nèi)毒素是加重AHNP的重要因素，IL-2能改善內(nèi)毒素血癥，對AHNP有一定的治療作用。
