對(duì)25例膽囊粘膜異型增生和40例膽囊腺癌標(biāo)本用免疫組化方法觀察bcl-2和p16蛋白的表達(dá)，并與正常膽囊粘膜比較。結(jié)果：在正常膽囊粘膜中均未見(jiàn)bcl-2和p16表達(dá)，而膽囊粘膜上皮異型增生及膽囊腺癌組織中，兩者的表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率較正常組織明顯增高(Ｐ＜0.01)，且bcl-2和p16蛋白的陽(yáng)性率隨著異型增生程度的增高而增加；p16的表達(dá)還與膽囊腺癌之浸潤(rùn)程度及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)。本實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果提示：bcl-2及p16蛋白表達(dá)在膽囊腺癌和膽囊粘膜異型增生中起了一定作用；p16可作為膽囊癌患者的一個(gè)預(yù)后指標(biāo)。
