為觀察荷瘤裸小鼠在腹腔高滲熱化療灌注后正常組織的病理變化,選取50只鼠齡7~10周的BALB/c nunu腹腔荷瘤裸小鼠,分組行7.5% NaCl,5μg/ml MMC,42℃/30min持續(xù)腹腔灌注,取肝、腎、脾、回腸組織,常規(guī)HE染色后光鏡觀察形態(tài)學(xué)變化。結(jié)果:高滲及高滲化療組肝、脾、腎無(wú)變化;高滲化療組大腸漿膜下輕度充血水腫;溫?zé)峒案邼B熱化療組肝細(xì)胞輕度嗜酸性變性、脾充血、腎小管及集合管輕度水樣變性;溫?zé)峤M小腸全層充血,絨毛輕度水腫;高滲熱化療組則可見部分絨毛頂部細(xì)胞脫落,陷凹細(xì)胞正常。結(jié)論:腹腔高滲熱化療對(duì)腹腔正常組織損傷輕微。
