為研究兔膽囊結(jié)石成石過程中血漿脂蛋白膽固醇變化,及其對膽汁中膽汁酸、膽固醇含量及成石的影響,在用高膽固醇膳食(HCD)致兔膽囊膽固醇結(jié)石模型基礎(chǔ)上,將動物分為5組,每組10只,動態(tài)監(jiān)測成石過程中血漿脂蛋白膽固醇、總膽固醇(TC)、磷脂、甘油三酯、膽汁中膽汁酸及膽固醇含量的變化。結(jié)果:①隨著喂飼HCD時間增加,血漿TC、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)及極低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(VLDL-C)顯著升高,3周組及4周組較對照組有顯著性差異(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)各組間雖無明顯差別(P>0.05),但其轉(zhuǎn)運血漿膽固醇的作用明顯減弱(由對照組的80.00%降至4周組的3.68%);②膽汁中膽固醇含量逐漸增加,3周組及4周組則明顯增高(P<0.05),而甘氨脫氧膽酸(GDCA)及甘氨膽酸(GCA)含量無明顯改變(P>0.05)。本實驗結(jié)果提示:血漿脂蛋白膽固醇所反映的脂蛋白代謝的變化,可能因影響體內(nèi)的膽固醇及膽汁酸等代謝而與膽囊結(jié)石的形成密切相關(guān),并可能在結(jié)石的形成中起重要作用。
