目的  探討p16、Rb蛋白在甲狀腺癌發(fā)生、發(fā)展中的作用及其相互關系。方法  采用免疫組織化學SP法對46例甲狀腺癌中p16、Rb蛋白表達情況進行檢測。結果  在甲狀腺癌中,p16蛋白的表達隨腫瘤的惡性程度增高而降低,與淋巴結轉移、臨床分期及預后指數(shù)呈負相關。Rb蛋白在各型甲狀腺癌中均呈陽性表達,p16、Rb表達無相關性。結論  p16基因的異常表達在甲狀腺癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展中有一定作用,而Rb基因可能無作用。
