目的  探索山莨菪堿對大鼠肝臟缺血再灌注損傷的保護作用。方法  選雄性Wistar大鼠160只,分為正常對照組、缺血再灌注組、生理鹽水組和山莨菪堿組,觀察了肝臟缺血60分鐘及再灌注1、3、6、12及24小時后血漿內(nèi)皮素-1(ET-1)、透明質(zhì)酸(HA)和谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(ALT)含量變化及肝組織病理學變化。結(jié)果  肝臟缺血再灌注后,血漿ET-1、HA和ALT含量均顯著增高,同時肝臟瘀血很明顯; 肝臟缺血再灌注前用山莨菪堿后,血漿HA和ALT含量明顯降低,同時肝組織瘀血減輕。結(jié)論  山莨菪堿可改善再灌注后的肝臟微循環(huán)障礙,對大鼠肝臟缺血再灌注損傷有保護作用。
