目的  研究早期胃癌MiB-1表達(dá)與臨床病理的關(guān)系。
方法  采用免疫組織化學(xué)法，對(duì)99例早期胃癌手術(shù)切除標(biāo)本進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。
結(jié)果  MiB-1增殖指數(shù)(MiB-1 PI)與患者年齡、腫瘤大小、部位及浸潤(rùn)深度有關(guān)。分化型腺癌MiB-1 PI高于低分化腺癌(P＜0.01)； 胃壁淋巴管浸潤(rùn)或淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移陽性腫瘤的MiB-1 PI較高(P＜0.05)。MiB-1增殖等級(jí)(MiB-1 PG)與患者術(shù)后生存率有關(guān)，MiB-1 PGⅠ、Ⅱ級(jí)術(shù)后生存高于MiB-1 PG Ⅲ、Ⅳ級(jí)(P＜0.05)。
結(jié)論  即使在胃癌早期，腫瘤的不同增殖水平亦與患者的預(yù)后直接相關(guān)。
