目的  探討腫瘤微血管密度(MVD)與膽囊癌的侵襲轉移和預后的關系。
方法  應用免疫組化法,用抗人因子Ⅷ相關抗原(FⅧRAg)的單克隆抗體測定42例人膽囊癌組織中的MVD,并分析其與膽囊癌各種病理因素及預后之間的關系。
結果  MVD與膽囊癌浸潤深度(P<0.05)、淋巴結轉移(P<0.01)和遠處轉移(P<0.05)密切相關,而與病理類型、分化程度無關(P>0.05); MVD>54.82的膽囊癌患者5年生存率較低。
結論  腫瘤微血管密度與膽囊癌浸潤深度、淋巴結及遠處轉移密切相關,對判斷膽囊癌的預后具有重要的臨床意義。
