目的 觀察細胞周期素D1、Rb及p16在早期胃癌發(fā)生中的作用及相互關系。
方法 采用免疫組化SP法對39例早期胃癌癌旁腸化組織及34例非癌胃粘膜腸化組織進行對比研究。
結果 癌組織中33/39例(84.6%)顯示細胞周期素D1過度表達,癌旁腸化組織也顯示細胞周期素D1過度表達。12/39例p16表達陰性,3例呈弱陽性。26例Rb陽性的腫瘤中,15例顯示p16不表達或低表達,而9例Rb陰性的腫瘤中則p16顯示表達增高。
結論 細胞周期素D1是早期胃癌發(fā)生過程中常見的分子異常,細胞周期素D1的激活及Rb的失活在早期胃癌中可共同存在;Rb失活與p16表達之間存在負相關關系;早期胃癌的發(fā)生可能與細胞周期素D1、p16及Rb負反饋調節(jié)環(huán)路的異常有關。
