目的  研究大腸癌組織中胃泌素與癌基因c-myc、c-fos表達(dá)的關(guān)系,以探討胃泌素對大腸癌的促增殖作用機(jī)理。
方法 采用免疫組化SP法檢測48例大腸癌患者癌組織及癌旁粘膜胃泌素和癌基因c-myc、c-fos的表達(dá)。
結(jié)果  大腸癌組織胃泌素陽性率為39.58%,高分化腺癌明顯高于低分化和粘液腺癌(P<0.05)。癌組織的c.myc和c.fos表達(dá)陽性率顯著高于癌旁粘膜和正常粘膜。胃泌素陽性組癌組織c.myc和c.fos表達(dá)陽性率分別為78.94%和73.68%,胃泌素陰性組分別為37.93%和31.04%,差異均有顯著性意義(P<0.05,P<0.01)。
結(jié)論  部分大腸癌細(xì)胞通過自分泌方式產(chǎn)生胃泌素,可能通過增加c-myc、c-fos等癌基因的表達(dá),從而刺激癌細(xì)胞的增殖。
