目的探討c-met及p53表達(dá)在乳腺癌血管生成中的作用及其臨床意義。方法應(yīng)用SP免疫組化方法和計算機(jī)圖像分析技術(shù),對80例乳腺癌、20例乳腺纖維腺瘤的微血管計數(shù)(MVC)和c-met及p53蛋白的表達(dá)進(jìn)行定量測定。結(jié)果乳腺癌組織中MVC和cmet及p53的陽性表達(dá)與乳腺癌的組織學(xué)分級、腋窩淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移及腫瘤分期有關(guān) (P<0.01)。MVC在c-met及p53表達(dá)陽性者明顯高于c-met及p53表達(dá)陰性者,兩者間差異有顯著性意義 (P<0.01)。結(jié)論cmet及p53共同參與調(diào)控乳腺癌的腫瘤血管生成。
