腫瘤細胞的多藥耐藥性的產(chǎn)生與P糖蛋白(PgP)及谷胱甘肽轉移酶(GST)等的過度表達有密切關系。為進一步了解胃和食管惡性腫瘤細胞的耐藥機理,為化療中克服耐藥,制定合理、高效的化療方案提供依據(jù)。
