目的探討β連環(huán)蛋白和結(jié)腸腺瘤性息肉病(APC)基因的分子結(jié)構(gòu)和功能特征以及其在腫瘤發(fā)生、發(fā)展中的作用。方法綜述近年來有關(guān)β連環(huán)蛋白和APC基因分子生物學(xué)以及與腫瘤學(xué)方面的研究。結(jié)果β連環(huán)蛋白和APC基因由于自身調(diào)節(jié)和相互調(diào)節(jié)異常,在腫瘤發(fā)生的早期表達(dá)異常增高,但與腫瘤的進(jìn)展、轉(zhuǎn)移關(guān)系似乎正相反。此外,β連環(huán)蛋白和APC基因還可以調(diào)節(jié)p53、cmyc基因以及細(xì)胞周期蛋白D1等因子表達(dá)。結(jié)論β連環(huán)蛋白和APC基因在多種腫瘤的發(fā)生、發(fā)展中可能起著中心作用,并與其它癌/抑癌基因和因子相互產(chǎn)生調(diào)節(jié)作用。
