目的探討p16、Rb基因在原發(fā)性膽囊癌中的表達及其與病理生物學(xué)行為和預(yù)后的關(guān)系。方法采用免疫組化(SP)法對56例膽囊癌進行p16和Rb蛋白的定位觀察。結(jié)果p16和Rb基因在原發(fā)性膽囊癌中的表達陽性率分別為46.3%和71.4%,顯著低于在膽囊良性病變中的表達(P<0.05)。Rb表達與膽囊癌的病理組織學(xué)分級、組織類型、浸潤、轉(zhuǎn)移和預(yù)后無明顯關(guān)系(P gt;0.05); 而p16與膽囊癌的浸潤、轉(zhuǎn)移和預(yù)后有明顯相關(guān)性(P<0.05)。p16和Rb基因蛋白表達存在著明顯的互補性。結(jié)論p16和Rb基因蛋白丟失是膽囊癌發(fā)生、發(fā)展中的重要分子事件,與細胞周期G1S期的負反饋調(diào)節(jié)環(huán)路中斷關(guān)系密切。p16蛋白表達可作為評估膽囊癌病理生物學(xué)行為及預(yù)后的參考指標。
