目的探討膽囊膽固醇結石患者脂質代謝變化及其在膽石成因中的地位和作用。方法檢測161例膽囊膽固醇結石患者及94例非結石病患者的血脂和載脂蛋白(apolipoprotein,Apo)。結果膽石組甘油三酯(TG)和載脂蛋白CⅡ(Apo CⅡ)及載脂蛋白CⅢ(Apo CⅢ)水平明顯高于對照組,而總膽固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDLc)及其亞組分和低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDLc)明顯低于對照組(P<0.01或P<0.05); 載脂蛋白AⅡ(Apo AⅡ)、載脂蛋白B100(Apo B100)及載脂蛋白E(Apo E)比對照組升高,載脂蛋白AⅠ(Apo AⅠ)比對照組低,但差異無顯著性意義(P gt;0.05)。結論TG、Apo CⅡ及Apo CⅢ水平的升高和TC、LDLc、HDLc及其亞組分水平的降低,是膽固醇結石患者脂質代謝的重要特征,也可能是膽石形成的重要原因。
