目的研究原發(fā)性肝細(xì)胞肝癌(HCC)中Rb基因的表達(dá)。方法利用組織芯片技術(shù)和免疫組織化學(xué)技術(shù)(SP法)檢測(cè)40例HCC及其相應(yīng)癌旁、遠(yuǎn)癌正常組織中Rb蛋白的表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果40例原發(fā)性HCC患者標(biāo)本中,腫瘤組織中Rb蛋白表達(dá)缺失者有17例,癌旁組織中有4例,在遠(yuǎn)癌正常組織有1例,HCC腫瘤組織中Rb蛋白缺失率顯著高于相應(yīng)癌旁及遠(yuǎn)癌正常組織(P<0.05); Rb蛋白表達(dá)的缺失與腫瘤的大小、病理學(xué)分級(jí)無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)性(P gt;0.05)。結(jié)論HCC的發(fā)生、發(fā)展與Rb蛋白的缺失可能有關(guān)。組織芯片是一種可高效進(jìn)行腫瘤分子病理研究的技術(shù)平臺(tái)。
