淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移是胃癌行根治性切除術(shù)后轉(zhuǎn)移和復(fù)發(fā)的主要途徑之一,有無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移及轉(zhuǎn)移淋巴結(jié)數(shù)目的多少與胃癌的預(yù)后密切相關(guān)[1]。常規(guī)組織學(xué)檢查淋巴結(jié)有可能忽略微轉(zhuǎn)移的存在,這將直接影響著臨床分期的準確性、預(yù)后預(yù)測以及輔助治療的選擇。為此,我們采用靶向癌胚抗原(CEA)mRNA的巢式逆轉(zhuǎn)錄聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)(Nested RTPCR)方法,檢測常規(guī)病理檢查淋巴結(jié)陰性胃癌的淋巴結(jié)微轉(zhuǎn)移情況并探討其臨床意義。
