目的了解選擇素在急性胰腺炎發(fā)病及病程進展中的作用,為進一步研究提供方向,指導臨床治療實踐。 方法綜述選擇素在急性胰腺炎時的病理生理作用機理。 結果選擇素水平在急性胰腺炎過程中有明顯變化,并與細胞因子、氧自由基、補體等密切相關。 結論選擇素是急性胰腺炎病理機理的組成部分,其表達水平對臨床疾病的觀察及治療有指導意義。
