目的 探討慢性胰腺炎動物模型的制作方法及各類模型的特點。 方法 通過對近年來慢性胰腺炎動物模型的相關(guān)文獻的回顧,總結(jié)各模型的制作方法、特點及適合研究各種慢性胰腺炎的最佳模型。 結(jié)果 飲食、胰管結(jié)扎、蛙皮素、二丁基二氯化物(DBTC)、動脈注射微球、動脈結(jié)扎及胰管注射等方法可誘導(dǎo)不同的慢性胰腺炎動物模型。飲食法誘發(fā)自發(fā)性慢性胰腺炎,胰管結(jié)扎法和胰管注射法誘導(dǎo)慢性阻塞性胰腺炎,蛙皮素誘導(dǎo)復(fù)發(fā)性慢性胰腺炎,動脈注射微球和動脈結(jié)扎誘導(dǎo)慢性活動性胰腺炎。結(jié)論 不同的方法均可誘導(dǎo)慢性胰腺炎模型,但各具特點。
