目的  探討梗阻性黃疸（簡稱梗黃）大鼠心肌組織中TNF-α及超氧化物歧化酶（SOD） 基因mRNA的表達(dá)。
方法  RT-PCR法擴(kuò)增梗黃大鼠心肌組織中cDNA，電泳掃描后半定量分析TNF-α和SOD基因mRNA表達(dá)。
結(jié)果  梗黃大鼠心肌組織中TNF-α基因mRNA表達(dá)增強(qiáng)，SOD基因mRNA表達(dá)下降； 血清中TNF-α水平升高，心肌組織中SOD合成減少。
結(jié)論  梗黃心肌的損害與TNF-α基因mRNA表達(dá)增強(qiáng)、SOD基因mRNA表達(dá)降低有關(guān)。
