目的 觀察肝左區(qū)肝動脈解剖結(jié)構(gòu)，模擬肝左外區(qū)活體肝移植動脈切取方法。
方法 解剖非肝病死亡之成人甲醛固定尸體肝臟標本30例，觀察新鮮成人尸體肝臟鑄型標本30例，測量肝左及左外區(qū)動脈長度、管徑及屬支分布情況。
結(jié)果 左半肝動脈的血供來自肝固有動脈、肝左動脈、肝中動脈，肝外迷走動脈支有左膈下動脈、胃左動脈和胃右動脈，并于不同部位發(fā)出后分別進入左外區(qū)上、下段。
結(jié)論 左半肝動脈主要有5種類型，因此解剖變異較多，左外區(qū)活體取肝前應(yīng)仔細研究其結(jié)構(gòu)特點，設(shè)計合理的切取模式； 移植前肝動脈需進行必要的整形，以便與受體動脈吻合。
