目的  研究幾種膽囊粘膜化學(xué)滅活劑在動(dòng)物活體的滅活效果。
方法  取家兔28只,按編號(hào)法隨機(jī)分為: 生理鹽水組(對(duì)照組),95%酒精組、5%四環(huán)素組和復(fù)方苯酚組(滅活組)。行膽囊管結(jié)扎,膽囊造瘺置管并分別注入上述藥物留置15 min。2周后處死動(dòng)物,對(duì)膽囊、膽管及膽囊鄰近肝臟行病理組織學(xué)檢查。
結(jié)果  所有實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物均存活且活動(dòng)良好。肉眼觀察,對(duì)照組和5%四環(huán)素組7只鼠膽囊腔均無(wú)明顯變化; 95%酒精組中2只鼠膽囊腔閉塞,2只縮小,3只無(wú)變化; 復(fù)方苯酚組中,4只鼠膽囊腔閉塞,3只膽囊腔縮小。組織學(xué)觀察,95%酒精組及復(fù)方苯酚組中7只鼠的膽囊粘膜全部破壞(7/7),與對(duì)照組(1/7)比較差異有顯著性意義(P<0.01); 而5%四環(huán)素組有一定效果(5/7),但與對(duì)照組比較差異無(wú)顯著性意義(P gt;0.05)。
結(jié)論  95%酒精可以作為安全、有效的膽囊粘膜化學(xué)滅活劑應(yīng)用于臨床。
