目的  探討胃癌生物治療的現(xiàn)狀與研究進(jìn)展。
方法  采用文獻(xiàn)回顧的方法對(duì)胃癌生物治療現(xiàn)狀及其研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
結(jié)果  胃癌生物治療的研究?jī)?nèi)容及主要方法包括: 免疫調(diào)節(jié)劑治療,單克隆抗體及其交聯(lián)物導(dǎo)向治療,細(xì)胞因子治療,過繼免疫治療,基因治療等。
結(jié)論  生物治療作為手術(shù)和放/化療的有益補(bǔ)充,在胃癌綜合治療中發(fā)揮著重要的輔助作用。
