目的  探討自體靜脈內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞襯里異體血管移植的可行性。
方法  將體外擴(kuò)增培養(yǎng)的兔靜脈內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞鋪植于經(jīng)處理的異體血管,體外培養(yǎng)9 d,然后行異體靜脈原位移植術(shù)。
結(jié)果  經(jīng)傳代培養(yǎng)收獲的內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞總數(shù)為(9.47±0.35)×106個(gè)。細(xì)胞種植3 h后異體血管腔面可見有內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞附著,但未形成完整內(nèi)膜; 9 d時(shí)腔面被一層連續(xù)的單層內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞覆蓋,細(xì)胞形態(tài)飽滿,平行排列,呈梭形。術(shù)后8周所有移植段血管保持暢通。
結(jié)論  預(yù)襯自體內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞的異體血管可保持長(zhǎng)期的通暢性。
