目的 探討腹膜后囊性淋巴管瘤的CT診斷價(jià)值和治療方法。方法 回顧性分析2004年6月至2010年5月期間我院收治的5例經(jīng)病理檢查證實(shí)的腹膜后囊性淋巴管瘤患者的臨床表現(xiàn)、CT影像特征、手術(shù)治療及術(shù)后隨訪的資料。結(jié)果 5例患者術(shù)前CT均診斷為囊性淋巴管瘤，均行手術(shù)完整切除腫瘤，術(shù)后病理結(jié)果均證實(shí)為囊性淋巴管瘤。術(shù)后7 d順利出院，隨訪3個(gè)月～6年均無(wú)復(fù)發(fā)。結(jié)論 CT對(duì)腹膜后囊性淋巴管瘤的診斷具有重要意義，手術(shù)完整切除整個(gè)囊壁是治療及預(yù)防術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)的最好方法。
