目的:探討阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征（Obstructive Sleep ApneaHypopnea Syndrome，OSAHS）的危險(xiǎn)因素。方法:192例就診于睡眠實(shí)驗(yàn)室的患者進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化問(wèn)卷填調(diào)查，測(cè)量頸圍、腰圍、臀圍、身高和體重及整夜多導(dǎo)睡眠監(jiān)測(cè)，分析性別、年齡和肥胖因素與OSAHS嚴(yán)重程度的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:OSAHS患者在癥狀、病情及人體測(cè)量學(xué)指標(biāo)方面存在性別差異；發(fā)病年齡主要分布在31~60歲；OSAHS患者的體重指數(shù)（Body Mass Index，BMI）、頸圍、腰臀比與AHI、氧減指數(shù)、最低血氧飽和度相關(guān)。結(jié)論:OSAHS的發(fā)生及嚴(yán)重程度與性別、年齡和肥胖等危險(xiǎn)因素密切相關(guān)。
