经股部入路应用超普网塞UPP修补股疝疗效观察_《中国修复重建外科杂志》

目的探讨采用超普网塞UPP（Ultrapro Plug）经股部入路行股疝无张力修补术的疗效。方法回顾分析2009年3月－2013年1月采用超普网塞UPP经股部入路行股疝无张力修补术的123例（126侧）股疝患者临床资料。男17例，女106例；年龄32～95岁，平均63.3岁。左侧48例，右侧72例；双侧3例。病程1个月～26年，中位时间25个月。可复性疝35例（36侧），难复性疝88例（90侧）。根据美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）麻醉分级标准：Ⅰ级20例，Ⅱ级42例，Ⅲ级56例，Ⅳ级5例。记录手术时间、术后住院时间、手术并发症、复发和术后慢性疼痛发生情况。结果患者手术时间7～28 min，平均14.5 min；术后住院时间2～96 h，平均19.4 h，其中112例住院时间 lt; 24 h。1例术后发生切口裂开，2例发生切口脂肪液化；无其他并发症发生。术后119例（122侧）患者获随访，随访时间4～50个月，中位时间18个月。随访期间股疝均无复发。其中2例（2侧）发生切口慢性疼痛，疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）标尺评价分别为20、30 mm。结论采用超普网塞UPP经股部入路行股疝无张力修补术具有手术操作简便、手术时间短、并发症少以及复发率、术后慢性疼痛发生率低等优点。
